Jaguar Cars - Jaguar Prices

Jaguar is widely considered to be one of the world's most coveted vehicle brands and they have long been associated with a superior level of class and dignity. Over the years Jaguar has made a number of different changes to their vehicles, especially in terms of performance, but the designs have always held on to the traditional style and elegance that comes from the company's British roots. The 2013 line offered up by Jaguar is a slim-line one aimed at the high end buyer. The Jaguar brand remains synonymous with luxury and performance. The vehicles offered as part of this year's line up show that Jaguar is continuing to move forward in terms of performance while keeping the slightly vintage style that has secured so many fans over the years. The line includes sedans and coupes in a range of trim levels to suit any taste and have a wealth of attractive additional features ranging from high end safety elements through to those designed for comfort and passenger entertainment.

The 2013 Jaguar XF is a new addition to this year's line up and offers drivers a luxury sports sedan with a choice of three different engines. The standard engine is a turbocharged 2.0 liter offering 240hp, but optional upgrades are available to a supercharged 3.0 liter V8 engine (340 hp) or a performance based, supercharged  5.0 liter V8 engine (470 hp) on the XFR trim level. The base model features RWD and an eight speed automatic transmission for a 19 mpg city fuel mileage and 29 mpg on the highway.

In terms of additional features, the Jaguar XF has LED accents, xenon headlights, heated mirrors and push button ignition, as well as steering wheel mounted control panel, heated and cooled front seats, CD/DVD system and hands free cell phone capabilities. The vehicle also offers an impressive safety package with blind spot monitoring, advanced airbag system, emergency brake assistance and dynamic stability control.

Driver's looking for something a little larger, perhaps as a family car may prefer the full sized luxury sedan option offered by the 2013 Jaguar XJ. With four engine choices it is easy to get the power level that suits your needs. The base model has a 3.0 liter V6 engine under the hood for 340 hp while the optional upgrades include a 5 liter V8 (385 hp), 5 liter supercharged V8 (470 hp) and a 5 liter supercharge V8 (510 hp) for maximum performance. RWD comes as standard, but AWD is available as an optional upgrade. When teamed with the standard 8 speed automatic transmission, this allows the XJ to achieve fuel mileage of 15mpg (city) to 28mpg (highway).

The key features of the Jaguar XJ include heated external mirrors, push button ignition, heated and cooled seating and a premium safety package. The XJ is also highly recommended as a corporate town car thanks to the luxury rear passenger features which include dual iPod docking stations, a power assisted passenger table, built in fridge and champagne flutes.

Adding a sporty touch of glamour to the line up is the 2013 Jaguar XK grand tourer. This luxury model is offered in either coupe or soft top convertible trim level. The basic XK features a 5 liter V8 under the hood with 385 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque. However, upgrading to the Jaguar XKR trim level offer the alternative of a supercharged version of the basic engine offering 510 hp and 461 lb-ft of torque. For an even great level of performance, check out the Jaguar XKR-S which boasts a supercharged V8 engine with 550 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque giving you zero to sixty in 4.2 seconds.

All XK models feature a front engine RWD layout and 6 speed automatic transmission which offers an average fuel mileage of 15mpg (city) to 24mpg (highway), although this varies with engine selection.

The XK is certainly not lacking in attractive additional features thanks to the xenon headlights, 20 inch wheels, heated external mirrors featuring automated dimming electrochromic glass, front and rear parking sensors and touch screen navigation system to name just a few.

All Jaguars are covered by the standard 4 year or 50,000 mile warranty.
